I'm not entirely sure why, but I do know that these moments of profound connection are what "holding space" is all about.
In our constantly buzzing world, the ability to create a space for true reflection and connection is rare and powerful. It's not just a coaching skill; it's a mindset. Yes, it might feel a little "woo-woo" to some, but I'm diving in anyway!
